1. Returns
– Eligibility: Items can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
– Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
– Personalized or custom-made items.
– Downloadable software products.
– Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) that have been opened.
– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Refunds
– Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
– Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Exchanges
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@oroncia.com with the details.
4. Shipping Returns
– Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– Shipping Errors: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Refunds for Digital Products
